Partner Martin Männik advised TAB Construction OÜ in connection with a challenge brought by OÜ Tolira Ehitus regarding a public procurement tender won by TAB Construction, announced by the Narva City Government for the “Reconstruction Works of the Dormitory at A. Puškini 26.” The challenge filed by Tolira Ehitus was dismissed, and all procedural costs were adjudged from Tolira Ehitus.
